How long is a management agreement term?
You have the option to receive your guaranteed rent on either the last working day of the month or a day of your choosing.

How quickly can we get the agreement started?
We understand that your circumstances may suddenly change and you may need to sell the property. In this instance we can either buy the property directly from you or assist in the sale.
What happens if I suddenly need to sell my property?
We are signatories of the Information Commissioner’s Office. Under General Data Protection (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, we have a legal obligation to protect your contact details.
Are my details safe?
We are with you until the end, we charge a fee of 1% on exchange and 1% on completion of the property purchase. Entirely, this is only a total of 2% of the property purchase price.
